Clients should consult their physician to diagnose and treat any health problems before undergoing hypnosis treatment.

No client is ever “forced” to do anything against his or her will using hypnosis. Annamaria Cappellari La Scala guarantees to apply her skills and experience to achieve the goals agreed upon with the client in the shortest possible time.

Any estimate of the number of sessions given to treat a problem given at the beginning, should be considered as guidelines and may be subject to change, since each client and the causes of their problem are unique.

Eligibility for a consultation or participation in a online class

– You are at least 18 years old.
– You do not have suicidal tendencies.
– You are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of the consultation or the class.
– You are not under the care of a psychiatrist or suffering from a diagnosed psychiatric condition, psychological problem or epilepsy.

For a consultation or attendance to a class in person, the age limit will be evaluated on a case by case basis. All other conditions remain valid.

Any person who accepts to use a remote hypnosis consultation or who registers for an online class, accepts that these and all related matters are subject to the jurisdiction of the laws of Geneva Switzerland. The client agrees that in case of any dispute or litigation in connection with this relationship/contract, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.

Declaration personal data processing

La Scala Hypnose/I, Annamaria Cappellari La Scala, confirm that I comply with the following rules in accordance with the Data Protection Law and its regulation.

The purpose of this declaration is to inform you, as my client, about how I handle personal and sensitive data collected in my practice personally or via the internet for courses and/or treatments given.

Only data relating to the treatments, the courses or data relevant to information on possible offers is processed. This exclusively concerns data that I record with your consent, that you give me or that can be found in publicly accessible directories (telephone directory, etc.). This may include general personal data (name, address, telephone number, etc.), information about your health or other data that you have provided me related with your treatment (client file) or relevant to attending one of the courses.

This data is collected, recorded and processed exclusively in your file as a client for hypnosis and/or as a course participant. This respectively is required for administration purposes, for the treatment and/or for invoicing.

Your personal data will only be passed on, where necessary, to people or areas of the office that require it to fulfil their contractual and legal obligations. These persons are informed of the data protection rules and are required to comply with them. In the storage areas, it is possible to trace the stages of processing carried out on your data, including the persons who were responsible for it.

Your data or parts of this will only be made accessible, with your explicit consent, to other persons or institutions (insurers, etc.). Exceptions are court orders or the implementation of legitimate rights on the part of the company.

If your data is collected and processed physically, it is kept in a locked place that is not accessible to unauthorised third parties. Data collected electronically is stored securely (firewall, password, etc.).

Except in case of cantonal or other different legal requirements, the data collected will generally be kept for twenty years after your last consultation. Documents considered unnecessary will be deleted on a regular basis before this term.

You accept that written communication between my office and you will be by post and/or e-mail, either encrypted using a specific program or unencrypted.

As a current or former client, you may request a copy of the data collected about you in a current electronic format. Only data that is physically available will be scanned for this purpose and sent to you as a PDF or paper document. As a general rule, data will be provided free of charge and within a maximum of 30 days.
