No client is ever ‘forced’ to do anything against their will using hypnosis. Annamaria Cappellari La Scala guarantees to apply her skills and experience in order to achieve the goals agreed with the client as quickly as possible and with the greatest respect for each individual.
Any estimate of the number of sessions required to treat a problem should be regarded as approximate estimates and may be subject to change, as each client and the reasons for their problem are unique.
Eligibility for a consultation or participation in a on-line training session are: – You are at least 18 years of age
– You do not have suicidal tendencies
– You are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of the consultation or training session
– You do not suffer from epilepsy or dissociative disorders.
For a consultation or participation in in-person training session, the age limit will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The other conditions remain valid.

Rates may be readjusted and increased without notice. However, sessions already booked will remain at the rate in effect at the time of booking.
For members of an association that is a partner with La Scala Hypnose, proof of membership will be requested in order to benefit from the preferential rate for the service concerned
In person consultations:
The personal data form must be completed and returned no later than the day of the consultation. Payment must be made at the office on the same day, in cash or by TWINT.
Cancellations must be notified as soon as possible or at least 48 hours in advance.
Online consultations:
The personal data form must be completed and returned before the consultation. Payment can be made by IBAN or credit card and must be received no later than the day of the consultation or proof of payment will be requested.
The consultation is carried out by Zoom and the link to connect is sent no later than 48 hours in advance.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that their technical equipment is suitable for a Zoom videoconference and that their Internet connection is adequate and stable.
Any cancellations must be notified as soon as possible or at least 48 hours in advance and will be rescheduled.

In the event of a refund, any bank and/or administrative charges incurred will be deducted.
All legal relations with La Scala Hypnose are subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Geneva.
No workshops or courses are currently given in english.
